What is Brisk Health Primary Care?
Brisk Health Primary Care is a membership-based model of healthcare where members pay a fixed, monthly fee to receive unrestricted access to receive primary care. For a low monthly fee, you get unlimited appointments and easy quick access whenever you need us, even if you do not have insurance. At Brisk Health Primary Care, we provide primary care services for patients of all ages including pediatrics. Our goal is not to just help you when you are sick, we want to get you on track to be as healthy as can be.
What if I already have insurance?
The only insurance we accept is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
For all other insurance, you can absolutely use it for things like labs, medications, images, specialty visits, and hospitalization visits but you will not be able to use it for our low monthly subscription fee.
What if I don't have insurance?
No problem! While we do recommend you carry health insurance, it certainly doesn’t mean you can’t have great health care. We think healthcare should be affordable for all. That’s why, for less than most utility bills, you can get affordable high-quality care! There’s no copay, no deductible, and no extra charges. You will never, ever be blindsided by a bill.

Medication Review
Let’s review the medications you are currently taking, we want to make sure that they are necessary and that you are getting the best price. Our patients have received extensive savings on their prescription medications, and we want that for you too.
Medical History Review
​We will review your current and past medical records and document your health history going forward. This will provide us with a clear picture of the past so we can best serve your future needs.
Full Panel Blood Test
Blood tests are a vital part of the diagnostic process and play a significant role in patient treatment plans. Laboratory examination of a blood sample can detect a variety of ailments, including the functioning of certain organs, certain genetic disorders, infections, and an individual's general health.
